WHAT IS TALK OF THE TOWNE?
Talk of the Towne Newsletter is a publication with a great opportunity for small local businesses in Temecula and Lake Elsinore to gain exposure within their community. As a small local business owner myself, I understand how expensive and time consuming it is to create and send out marketing materials alone. By sharing this cost among other small businesses, we can come together and make it affordable to market ourselves for all of us.
We have amazing prices starting at $200 for a 2.4x3.9" size ad, or $300 for a 3.9x4.9" ad. This price includes a custom design, printing and mailing to 2400+ homes locally, plus exposure on our Facebook page. This is NOT your typical, boring marketing piece either, with over 25 years graphic design experience I have learned the importance of a STAND OUT mailer that is SURE to catch attention. Your marketing should be fun! Allow your business's personality to really shine, the more creative your ideas are, the BETTER!

Q: Will we be mailing these to the same homes every time?
A: No, we will be mailing these to different homes every time.
Q: What is the size of the mailer?
A: It is an 11x17 folded in half to 8.5x11, Creating (4) 8.5x11 pages.
Q: How will these be sent out?
A: These will be mailed EDDM through the Postal Service. We will be manually selecting routes starting with the 92591 zip code for Temecula, and 92530 for Lake Elsinore.
Q: How many ads will be on there per industry?
A: We are only allowing 4 max in the newsletter per industry
Q: What should I put on my ad?
A: We suggest having either an offer, drawing, or some kind of incentive to have people interested in contacting you. The more creative, the better!
Q: How often will the newsletter be sent out?
A: Right now we are sending these every other month. There is no commitment except for the month you are signing up for.
Q: Is the price rate per issue?
A: Yes, it's $200 per issue for a regular size ad, or $300 per issue for the larger ad.
Q: How big is the ad?
A: The $200 ad is 2.4x3.9" wide, and $300 for the 3.9x4.9" (double the size, we offer horizontal ad sizes for these as well). $300 horizontal ads are 2.4x8.10" wide.
Q: What will the newsletter look like?
